1. English-lge: (informal addressee-lowering) A sentence-final ending used when the speaker promises or notifies the listener that he/she will do something.

   (두루낮춤으로) 말하는 사람이 어떤 행동을 할 것을 듣는 사람에게 약속하거나 의지를 나타내는 종결 어미.

   • 오늘 점심은 내가 살게.
   • 나 잠시 화장실에 다녀올게.
   • 미국에 갔다 와서 다시 연락할게.
