1. Englishbe issued; be delivered: For the order, instruction, decision, etc., of a higher institution or someone in a senior position to be issued or conveyed to a lower-ranking institution or his/her juniors.

   더 높은 기관이나 윗사람의 명령, 지시, 결정 등을 보다 낮은 기관이나 아랫사람에게 내려지거나 전달되다.

   • 각 부서로 이메일 사용 금지령이 하달됐다.
   • 공격을 개시하라는 장군의 명령이 군사들에게 하달됐다.
   • 하달된 공문.
