1. Englishdelivery; issuance: The act of issuing or conveying the order, instruction, decision, etc., of a higher institution or someone in a senior position to a lower-ranking institution or his/her juniors.

   더 높은 기관이나 윗사람의 명령, 지시, 결정 등을 보다 낮은 기관이나 아랫사람에게 내리거나 전달함.

   • 군사들은 작전을 개시하기 전에 장군의 하달을 기다렸다.
   • 야간 순찰을 강화하라는 경찰청장의 하달이 경찰들에게 내려졌다.
   • 명령 하달.
