   앞말이 예외가 없이 뒤의 내용과 같음을 나타내는 조사.

   • 아이들치고 싸우지 않는 아이들을 본 적 있어요?
   • 우리 학교 학생치고 수학 천재인 민준이를 모르는 사람은 없다.
   • 인스턴트 음식치고 건강에 좋은 것은 없다.

   뒤의 내용이 앞말에 대해 예외적임을 나타내는 조사.

   • 여기는 도서관치고 소장 도서가 적어서 보려던 책이 거의 없어.
   • 올해는 눈도 안 오고 바람도 많이 안 불어서 겨울 날씨치고 따뜻한 편이다.
   • 지수는 요리를 배운 지 얼마 안 된 사람치고 요리를 잘한다.
