   흥을 돋우기 위해 노래나 춤에 맞춰 내는 소리.

   • 가수의 흥겨운 노래에 맞추어 사람들이 지화자를 외치며 춤을 추었다.
   • 할아버지는 생신 잔치에서 '얼씨구, 지화자 좋다'고 하시며 즐거워하셨다.
