1. Englishdivision; segmentation; segment: The act of dividing something into its constituent parts; one of the constituent parts.

   하나로 붙어 있던 것을 몇 개로 나눔. 또는 그렇게 나뉜 도막.

   • 알약이 1/2알로 처방되는 경우에는 절반으로 분절 조제된다.
   • 척추는 하나로 매끄럽게 이어져 있지 않고 각각의 분절 마디로 이루어져 있다.
   • 시간의 분절.
