1. Englishbossam; napa wraps with pork: A dish made by boiling the head of a cow, pig, etc., of which the bones have been picked out, and then wrapping the boiled beef or pork in thin cloth, hardening the wrapped meat by pressing it under a heavy object, and then slicing the hardened meat.

   삶아서 뼈를 골라낸 소나 돼지 등의 머리 고기를 보에 싸서 무거운 것으로 눌러 단단하게 만든 뒤 썰어서 먹는 음식.
