1. Englishbeing unsold in presale; unsold home: A state in which some or all of a predetermined number of houses of a multi-dwelling unit such as an apartment building have not been sold in pre-sale, or such a unsold house.

   아파트 등의 다세대형 주택이 정해진 양의 일부 또는 전부가 분양되지 않음. 또는 그런 집.

   • 부동산 시장의 침체로 미분양 아파트가 늘어나면서 건설 회사들이 줄지어 부도를 내고 있다.
   • 소형 아파트의 인기가 높아져서 대형 아파트는 미분양이 되고 소형 아파트 값은 오르는 현상이 나타났다.
