1. Englishmuffin: A small, sweet kind of bread made by mixing sugar, oil, milk, eggs, baking powder, etc., with flour, and pouring the mixture into a muffin tray and baking it in the oven.

   밀가루에 설탕, 유지, 우유, 달걀, 베이킹파우더 따위를 넣고 틀을 사용하여 오븐에 구워 낸 빵.

   • 갓 구워 낸 머핀에 향긋한 커피 한 잔이면 아침 식사로 훌륭하다.
   • 영수는 초대한 손님들이 오기 전에 오븐에는 머핀을 넣어 두고 프라이팬에는 고기를 굽는 등 무척 바빴다.
