말이 좋다

1. EnglishOnly the words are good: For someone or something to sound good when he/she or it is said, but the reality is different from it.

   말로 표현할 때는 좋으나 실제로는 그렇지 않다.

   • 말이 좋아 사장이지 회사의 잡일은 내가 다 한다.
   • 내 동생은 말이 좋아서 학생이지 공부하는 것을 못 봤다.
