광물로 이루어진 물질. 또는 광물의 성질을 지닌 물질.
- 칼륨, 철, 나트륨 등의 광물질은 주로 음식을 통해 흡수된다.
- 그 호수는 빙하에 녹아 있는 광물질의 영향으로 맑고 푸른 빛깔을 낸다.
