1. Englishletter of complaint: A document submitted by an accuser, in which he/she writes the details of the accusation in order to report a crime to the police or a law enforcement agency and asks them to punish the accused.

   피해자가 범죄 사실을 경찰이나 법률 기관에 알려 범인을 처벌해 달라고 요구할 때, 그 내용을 적어서 내는 서류.

   • 변호사인 조카가 나 대신 써 준 고소장에는 내 억울한 심정이 너무나 잘 표현되어 있었다.
   • 경찰이 건네준 고소장에는 내가 뺑소니를 치고 달아나서 고소를 당했다는 황당한 내용이 적혀 있었다.
   • 고소장을 내다.
