Englishtorture chamber: A room furnished with cruel torture devices, where a torturer inflicts punishment on someone in order to extract a confession from him/her.
자백을 받아내기 위해 잔인한 고통을 가하는 기구를 갖추어 놓고 고문을 하는 방.
- 고문실에서 취조를 받는 자체로 용의자는 두려움에 떨었다.
- 오래된 건물 지하에서 전기의자, 밧줄 등이 있는 고문실이 발견되었다.
